Our Training, coaching and learning labs are a very unique, versatile, contemporary and extremely engaging experience for all. New Approach Coaches follow the principle of ‘Self Actualization,’ in that we teach from a curriculum based on everyone defining their purpose.
At New Approach Coaches, we personally hold fast to the belief that you first have to identify and become your own talent resource and then use that as the starting point to finding your internal truth and purpose. These are the actions that help any of us become a solid vessel of positive productivity.

Born and raised in Arkansas, in a town of pop.1200, Stacy did what a lot of people don't get to do; she made it out, and did it by surrounding herself with like-minded individuals who had also decided that they were going to break old generational cycles and do things a little different for themselves, their families and their communities. This focus kept her out of trouble and eventually lead her to successfully working as an Executive Workforce Specialist and DIrector of Career Services within corporate America for 13 years in Washington DC & Maryland, Georgia and Arkansas under the Workforce Investment Act. To date, Stacy is also an established business owner, Certified Career Coach, respected local community leader, certified AFAA Group Exercise Instructor (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America), 14 year accomplished semi-pro Cheerleader Choreographer and Dance Instructor, Life Skills Teacher, Children's Exercise Coach, Women's Health advocate, a gifted Motivational Speaker, prolific poet and a proud mother to her 7 year old daughter.

With over 25 years of experience as a Lifestyle Specialist, Author, Yoga Instructor, Observer of Human Behavior and an active member of Blacklifecoaches.net, Tem’Ti has committed himself to enabling self-change in others by using the defining of purpose as a powerful motivational tool. His ability to inspire positive life change lead to him being invited on several live Twitter symposiums for Black Male Mental Health and Stress in June 2014 that were organized by HealthyBlackMen.org. Tem’Ti is the weekly host of 'Renaissance Relationship Therapy with Life Coach Tem'Ti,' on SourceRadioNetwork.com and covers a wide range of issues relationship issues including, loneliness, infidelity, emotional imbalance, personal cultivation and sexual energy. Tem’Ti is also a 20 year music industry veteran Performer, Songwriter and Music producer with recent music credits on MTV and VHI including the hit series, ‘Love and Hip Hop.’ Tem'Ti successfully released his latest book titled, 'An introduction to Sacred Sex,' in 2014 and is continues to author numerous personal development programs that include Integrative (holistic) Lifestyle Modification, Sexual Energy Cultivation, Relationship & Career Fulfillment, Yoga, Whole Nutrition, Detoxification & Personal Spirituality.
