HOW DOES BRIGHT MINDS WORK?
Bright Minds is unique because it is a non-query assessment tool – meaning it doesn’t require a candidate to answer tens of questions nor does it base its final analysis on erroneous answers because the candidate initially never understood the questions or was suffering from questionnaire fatigue.
WHY DOES BRIGHT MINDS WORK?
Bright minds delivers analysis based on the 4 archetypes and 16 personalities of the Jung inspired, MBTI model but differs in one major way: Bright Minds uses Natal Psychometric data in the cosmological form, which is an analysis of how the EM (electromagnetic) fields of our geographic birth environments influence the EM fields of our unique brain patterns at birth. Achieving personality profiles in this way is at the true core of MBTI and bypasses the surface or conditioned character analysis of DiSC and less potent MBTI variants which only answer the ‘What’ but not the ‘How’ or ‘Why’ that is required to understand and develop the deeper natural workings and motivations of the true inner self.
